  3. Ever seen an analog clock on the Palm device? 
  4. Then this may be the first...
  5.  
  6. RClock is designed to resemble a simple analog clock. Additionally, 
  7. RClock displays the current date in your native date format. You can 
  8. even have it display the seconds which are animated as a tiny dot 
  9. along the outer periphery of the clock.
  10.  
  11. Of course, RClock offers an alarm feature. Through the Options menu 
  12. you get to the alarm settings. Since the whole screen is sensitizied 
  13. to the touch of the pen you can set the alarm time by simply dragging 
  14. the appropriate hand.
  15. If an alarm time is set and the alarm is activated a clock of smaller 
  16. proportions in the main window's top right corner displays the alarm 
  17. time.

  19. RClock is only 20k small and runs on any Pilot PDAs by 3Com: 
  20. PalmPilot Personal/Professional and Palm III, IIIx and V.
  21. RClock is independent, i.e. you do not need any additional libraries 
  22. to run RClock on your Palm.

  46. This license agreement settles the relation between LinkeSoft and the 
  47. user concerning the use of the enclosed software product ("program") of
  48. LinkeSoft in its Shareware version and its registered version.

  51. The user obtains through this license by LinkeSoft the non-exclusive 
  52. right to install and use this program on his PalmPilot.
  53. The program remains the sole property of LinkeSoft.
  54. The user further obtains the right to make a back-up copy by means of 
  55. the HotSync feature.

  58. The user may distribute the Shareware version of this program or copies 
  59. thereof. The Shareware version may be published on the Inter- or 
  60. Intranet or on software collections (on CDs etc.).
  61. Each distribution must contain these provisions and the above copyright
  62. notice. Except for publishing on software collections the distribution 
  63. of this program has to be free of charge.
  64. The program name or the name of LinkeSoft shall not be used for
  65. promotional purposes without prior written consent of LinkeSoft.

  82. For regular use the program has to be registered according to the 
  83. general rules about Shareware. Registration is made by payment of the 
  84. registration fee according to the program instructions. After 
  85. registration the user receives a key that entitles him to unrestricted 
  86. use of the program according to this license. Registration further 
  87. entitles the user to get support by LinkeSoft via email and free 
  88. upgrades of this program.

  91. The user shall in no way make copies of the registered version of this
  92. program, except such as coming under º 1. The user shall in no way 
  93. resell or lend the registered program or copies thereof to third persons.
  94. The registered program may not be made available to third persons.

  97. In the event that any provision of this Agreement should be or become 
  98. invalid or if there is a gap in the Agreement, the validity of the other 
  99. provisions shall not be affected. In lieu of the invalid provision or in 
  100. order to complete the Agreement, a reasonable provision shall be 
  101. effective approaching to what parties would have agreed upon if they had 
  102. considered that issue.

  105. This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with German 
  106. law as it applies to German citizens and the parties hereby agree to 
  107. submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany. The place 
  108. of proceeding will be Berlin.
